There may also be the ability to provide you with significant savings, particularly if we plan far enough in advance to permit sea freight transportation from the manufacturer. After confirmation of your desired product, a pre-production sample generally takes 2-3 weeks to be produced, bulk production 4-5 weeks (depending on complexity) and sea freight and customs clearance an additional 3-4 weeks.

Factory EXPRESS options are also available for items such as lanyards, caps, bags, and microfibre and sublimated products, including garments. By utilising existing patterns and an assortment of fabrics and features, we are able to “mix and match” to suit your needs.  An added benefit of this service, is that we are often able to produce small runs and air freight the goods, reducing delivery time frames significantly – in some instances to just 2 weeks!

Some manufacturers, both locally and internationally, have begun incorporating special decoration services and customisable features into their product ranges. The addition of interesting decoration, and small changes to pre-existing products, provides a simplified customisation process. As the base product already exists, these products will generally require smaller minimum quantities.

Lowering minimum order quantities allows our customers to incorporate unique items “Ad Hoc” or include them in an “On Demand” range. Products can be produced as part of a cohesive marketing plan, whilst enjoying the flexibility of ordering on demand and reducing storage requirements. By minimising unnecessary stock holdings, companies can lower the costs associated with warehousing, easily eliminate items that prove less successful within the range, introduce seasonal products as required and capitalise on the ability to fast track hot new items to the market!

For uniforms and event specific apparel, the team at SCOODA has access to a huge array of patterns for polos, t-shirts, singlets, hoodies, pants, shorts, and dresses. These include specific styles for certain sporting codes, such as rugby union, rugby league, football / soccer, tennis, basketball, netball, and cricket. To create your next team uniform, we will “Mix and Match” fabrics, colours and features such as collar shapes, back styles, sleeve shape and lengths, pockets and plackets to deliver a custom piece perfectly suited to your needs.

“Sublimation”, a full colour print on a white base polyester material, is a process that is expanding every year in the use of promotional products. While this process is most commonly used to create uniforms and event specific apparel, it can also be applied to headwear, bags and towels. Both promotional / low cost polyester material and professional “A Grade” material – the kind used in the construction of National Sports Teams – can be sublimated with your unique design.
